- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 2 ounces of instant pudding mix (vanilla flavor)
- 7 ounces of condensed milk
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- 3-5 grams of kratom powder (or based on your usual dose)
- 2 ounces of whipped topping
- 1 pack of Graham crackers
- 2 bananas, halved
Instructions for the Pudding
Step 1: Beat the Cream Cheese
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the cream cheese. Beat it until it gets a fluffy texture. Make sure to beat all of the cream cheese throughly so there are no clumps before adding the pudding mix.
Step 2: Add the Pudding Mix, Kratom, Condensed Milk, and Vanilla Extract
